Backpacks Feedback: You can drive a truck with chains on tires over a camelback omega 3 so I don’t think soda is going to do much, but soda does not hydrate you do to the caffeine which absorbs the water. Also, are you really going to drink a liter of soda?

Backpacks Feedback: the problems with sugar, soda, and alchohol is that they stain the hydration Balder and are difficult to fully clean up after, they also have a much higher mil-due rate than water. i am pretty sure the liner of the camel back will eventually degrade due to the chemicals in the soda or alcohol. i mean if you can remove rust from a bumper with some sodas would you really want to drink 1, 2, or 3 liters while being active ( the don’t help with hydration either).

hope that helps, and if your looking for flavor or energy camelbak makes flavor and energy additives for you water and they are perfectly proportioned the the bladders high capacity.
